Traditionally fermented and well crafted breads have a flavour all of their own. We know today’s top eateries want that flavour on their menu so we work with both grain and customer to provide the flavour and texture desired. Today’s home chefs are also looking for restaurant quality so we opened up Dusty’s Depot in St Johns with our good friend Steph to connect with the local kitchens. The logic of lockdown life means we also now offer contactless home delivery of our goods... Who knows what we’ll do next?! Meanwhile… Get eating!
