Urban Sour
The Urban Sour is Dusty’s take on the French classic campagne or village loaf. A naturally leavened bread with a soft, chewy crumb and crunchy outer crust, the Urban Sour is perfect for platters, open sandwiches and general bread needs.
(Ingredients: wheat flour, whole spelt flour, rye flour, whole wheat flour, water, salt, malt)
Baguette
This is the good stuff. A classic French recipe: crispy crust with a soft chewy crumb. Dusty’s favourite. Although this traditional recipe is not sourdough, it has a 24 hour long fermentation and still gets the flavour and other benefits of those wild yeasts that work at night.

Ancient Grain Loaf
This is Dusty’s version of a mixed light grain loaf. 100% sourdough combined with toasted seeds and ancient grains. Packed with flavour and a bit of a crunch, this is still a great soft bread for sandwiches. Awesome with dips and oil, this loaf really completes an avocado smash.
Available in tin loaf or batard.

Challah
Kosher Certified Challah made every Friday and available from Grey’s Ave Deli. If you’re not familiar with this one, you should be; challah is a Jewish specialty bread, a bit like brioche, but dairy-free. Braided and eaten on Shabbat and other holidays, it’s just a little bit special! This bread is only available Fridays.

Brioche Loaf
You know brioche and you know you like it. This is a super soft white bread that needs no introduction. Eat it. Enjoy it. Go on.
